Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, tapotement, and trigger point therapy. This is designed to promote blood flow, decrease swelling, and improve pain associated with acute and chronic injuries. This service includes any add-on's such as Cupping, Extra Strength CBD, and Gua Sha.
